Dungeons & Dragons 2-hour Session (SINGLE)

THIS LISTING IS FOR A SINGLE SESSION FEE. PURCHASE OF THIS LISTING AWARDS A SINGLE ENTRY TO A SINGLE SESSION, ONE TIME ONLY.
Before purchasing, the player agrees to these conditions:
1. The player understands that the cost of each session is either $5 for a 2-hour session, or
$7.50 for a 3-hour session, and must be paid through a monthly subscription cycle.
Collection of payments will happen on the first session of every month. The payment will be
for all sessions happening that month. Some months will have 3 sessions because of a
holiday, some months will have 4 or 5 sessions depending on how many weeks are in that
month.
2. If a player has not paid their monthly subscription, they are NOT considered an enrolled
player, thus do not have an official spot in the group of their choice.
3. Any Dungeons and Dragons group at Gators LLC must have four enrolled members to
run. If by the first session of the month, a group does not have the required number of
members, the group will be canceled and the sessions refunded via store credit.
4. Sessions paid in advance are only refundable in the event that the group does not run at
all, and refunds are only via store credit. If a player is absent, but the session still runs, the
session fee is not refundable.
5. In the event a group is canceled, the cancelation will be broadcast on discord. If a player
does not confirm they received notice via discord, they will receive a phone call.
6. In the event of a group cancelation on the part of the Dungeon Master, Gators will expend
every option to provide a substitute Dungeon Master for the players. However, the players
as a group decide if the substitute will be a suitable alternative.
7. Refunded fees always happen via store credit. The store credit can be used for anything at
Gators LLC, and can be used towards future sessions as well.
8. Players agree to follow the house rules of Gators LLC, and the rules of their DM.
